A: No it’s a total hosted environment inclusive of some of the most commonly used legal and office software
Q: Why do I need an internet connection?
A: Legal Workspace is accessed through a Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) which requires an internet connection
Q: How fast is the RDP connection?
A: This depends on your internet connection. Legal Workspace has been tested in various formats including wireless internet cards and has performed well. We do however recommend a broadband internet connection such as DSL, cable or T1 and T3 lines.
Q: How much does Legal Workspace cost?
A: We have packages starting at $90.00. Packages can be customized to include only the features you and your firm need.
Q: Can I use Legal Workspace with my MAC?
A: Yes, this is one of the many advantages of Legal Workspace as it gives you access to programs that are not MAC compatible without having to run Windows Operating systems in parallel or virtually.
Q: Where is my data stored?
A: In our secure data center that is climate controlled and backed up every day.
Q: Is there a place to store my private files as well as files that I want to share with coworkers?
A: Yes, every user gets two drives: one for storing private files and the other for storing files that can be shared with coworkers. And like all Workspace data this information is backed up daily as well.
Q: Do you have help desk support?
A: Yes our help desk which is located in Denver, CO and in Dallas, TX is staffed 24×7x365
Q: Do you provide training for Legal Workspace and the programs that are installed?
A: Yes we do provide a FREE initial 1 hour of training with your subscription. Additional training and specific product training can be purchased when needed.
